Cover Design For Anthology Of Short Zombie Stories

8 May

Since just before Christmas, I’ve been posting a series of short zombie stories on this blog (mostly in this Wednesday slot). I’m now planning on bringing these together in an anthology which will be released as a paperback and a Kindle ebook later in the year.

I don’t have a planned released date yet as I still need to write a few more stories before I reach the 150 pages I’m aiming for. I do, however, have a draft of the cover design, and I’d be interested in getting some feedback on this.

So, if you have the time, cast your eye over the images below and if you have any particularly strong views either way or any suggestions for improvements, let me know by commenting on this post.

So here’s the draft of the front cover:

Here’s the draft of the back cover:

And here’s the whole cover design:

I’ll look forward to hearing any thoughts that anyone out there might have.

I like it! It’s simple, and bright, but it definitely drew me in. The title is really catch as well. Good luck on your venture! I’m just starting mine, so I’m excited to see where other people’s projects are going 🙂
